Create a channel Learn moreThat is true regarding the base and an XLR, but it's a quick and easy job to trim the base and re-blue/re-coat it.
Buy once, cry once.
Do you have any photos?I run the Mcree Chassis with the XLR stock best of both worlds.
well, i have made a decsion and go with mcree g5 folding
Very good choice! Some of the many positives with mcrees chassis: no extra lead times on colors other than black, battle tested and proven repeatedly, cross modular parts from all other mcrees systems, common bolts can be found in any hardware store, unlimited adaptability, manufactured in house- not outsourced, multiple flush cup mounts, magazines are $64- not $80.
Scott is a terrific guy as well.
Congrats!
Does this mean there is a Xlr chassis with a Mcree stock on it somewhere? Nice setup.
Will a jewell trigger fit in the Mcree chassis or does it have to be inletted? I am thinking about getting one for my 5r and couldn't find an answer anywhere.
What buttstock/cheekrest setup is this? It seems to be on a AR15 buffer tube?
Thanks in advance.
