I would go with the one that allows you to QD/adapt a suppressor.
But in all seriousness, there's a reason the Area 419, PVA, Impact, MPA brakes are so popular.
Having owned or currently own all of those, the Precision Armament offerings hold their own. I prefer the M4-72.I would go with the one that allows you to QD/adapt a suppressor.

I have one on my 260.Muzzle Brakes and More beast brakes.
Run a 5 port beast on my 300 win mag, stainless steel, machined in America. Also got one on my 308 win and a 5 port on my 300 PRC. Great products.
If you're in Canada, you might as well have a good look at the Insite Arms Heathen Brake. It's made in Alberta and does an awesome job of reducing recoil and muzzle rise.Sadly we can't own supressors here in Canada, so Quick detach is not super useful to me. Just looking for something to reduce recoil and muzzle rise and make my rifle look more aesthetically pleasing.
And the way it flops around when you fire is hilarious.@Culpeper says a good rubber dildo threaded on will dampen recoil and barrel harmonics. Hard plastic marital aids need not apply though.

I would second this suggestion. Not just because Heathen is made in Canada but because it's the best muzzle brake I have used. It's compact, you can index it by hand without any tools, does a great job of reducing recoil, does not direct blast back at the shooter and it's pretty quiet for a brake. If you're in Canada, you might as well have a good look at the Insite Arms Heathen Brake. I like my Area 419, but I’m curious about the Impact break.. They look badass.. Just wondering if it would be blasphemous to put one on a Rem 700 MTU? ( not trying to wreck a brother’s thread, carry on)
Pick any one of the top makers and you'll never be able to tell the difference.
