Which place is best for shooting?

The one at my house where no one is allowed but me.
1. Private Land.
2. The Bureau of Land Management sections of public land throughout the US.
3. Private membership shooting ranges.
4. And a very distant 4th, is any shooting range open to the general public.
Not many places are actual shooting clubs unless they are for trap/skeet/sporting clays or some ultra rich places that put shooting secondary to hanging out.

There's a porta-john next to the parking garage, door on one hinge, crapper overflowing, lots of needles and shit on the floor, I guess a lot of people shoot there, try that.
