Which Scenar for my 7mm-08?

What would be your choice of bullet for 600-1000yds. shooting? Lapua Scenar 150grs. or Scenar 180grs.?
There is 26" barrel with 8" twist in my 7mm-08.

It's going to be hard to push 180's amd not single feed them. Much less your velocity will be pretty low as it's really not a big enough case.

i used the berger 168's in a 7mm08 with great results, the 180 is too much bullet for that case, just noticed where your from, i assume you can only get the Scenar if so i would go with the 150

Thanks for the answers, guys. Maybe i ll try both of them..... Here is no problem to buy other brands (Sierra, Berger,Hornady etc.), but Lapua has the best price, followed by Hornady (A-Max 162grs. is also worth for a try) and Sierra. Berger is a little bit too expensive.

I have been using the Hornady 162 A-Max and Match HPBT with great success.

What was your load for A-Max? (....powder, charge, primers, cases, COL...) Thank you.

I used tge Amax until it got hard to find. I had stocked up but came into some 168gr Sierra and gave them a try to which they shot a bit tighter than the Hornady Amax. I lost a little in bc but they are much less forgiving loading with and still are respectable at distance.

I run a 7mm-08 Ackley with varget. It seems any powder in the varget to 4350 range works well.
