I can't stop looking at whidden's website. I'm almost to the point of purchasing. Just curious to how much better it is compared to my lee die. Will I honestly see an accuracy improvement or is just that the die doesn't work the brass as hard? It also mentions that its spec'd to a ptg reamer. Can anyone tell me what headspace measurement that spec is? I'm moving away from neck sizing. It's getting to be a pain in the ass because no two pieces of brass that come out are the same and I've pitted my neck size accuracy against fl size accuracy and I'm not gaining anything. I'm loading 308 win. Thanks in advance

Comparing it to a Lee die, probably isn't fair. Comparing it to other bushing style sizing dies, is valid, like the Reddings, RCBS, Forsters and Hornadys.

I can't answer that question, because I've never used a Whidden bushing die. I've got a bunch of the Redding bushing neck and FL sizing dies and I can say from many years of experience, that they work well for my non-competitive, but still striving for accuracy, needs.
