Who can thread the barrel on my .308

[VYD]

Savage Precision Carbine and install a Surefire or any other brake to reduce the recoil and counter right-ward movement of the muzzle upon firing? I let my wife shoot it and she likes it but the recoil and the muzzle jump bothers her.
Should I call Savage for this or there are better options?

Pierce Precision here In lansing Michigan did a great job threading my 700P and indexing the brake

I sent my .308 barrel to APA in Georgia for a thread job.

Jon Beanland with Beanland Custom Rifles can do it, does excellent work

I sent my TRG barreled action to APA to chop and thread my barrel. They are very fast answering all my questions and they have always treated me right and I know the work is going to be perfect.

Robert Gradous is my first choice for all work period. Secondly I would look at William Roscoe and Terry Cross. All great smiths and good people.
