Sorry, Maybe I was wrong, most forums that I am on if someone agrees to pay for something and waist 10 days of your time, they are usually banned. Did not realize it was not this way. I understand deciding against something but damn let them no. Don't tell them on two separate occasions that you paid for an item, and then never send the money.
Sux, Thats why I add a disclaimer to all my sales. If the buyer openly states he will take the item, he has 24 hours to establish comms and make payment arrangements. Any break in comms (i/e mo sent, tracking, or paypal tonight, tomorrow) and I move to the next in line.
Guys can get hell of a deal at the Hide PX threads, some just take advantage, or are fucking indecisive. If the item is highly sought after guys will chime in for seconds. That usually motivates people to pay up.
I can understand if a guy needs time to pay, as long as payment arrangements are made and he chimes in first, I can wait a few days for a payday or something. If that day comes and no comms, he is SOL.
OP, I would PM the buyer and add a note on the sale thread that the item is still SPF and will go back on sale tomorrow morning at a specific time.

To the Moderator I will provide you with the information in a PM. To everyone else I will leave the proper feed back, I do not know why I did not think about that and I appreciate the Direction. He stated that he would send out a check out the next day. I waited for the check he is one state over. Usually takes about 2 days to get to me. I waited 6 days and asked about it again. He stated that he would just send out another check and If I got both just destroy one or send it back to him. I waited today being the 10th day. Way to much time. This item was close to 2k so we are not talking about a 30-40 dollar Item I am complaining about.
Something else I always do is as soon as a buyer says they will take a item and we agree on a deal is in the for sale thread I post SPF to (there hide name). If anything changes it's already there for everyone to see. I leave that way until I receive payment and the buyer receives the item then mark it as sold. (Or close the thread).
"Buyer" might have hoped that you would ship before receiving a $2k payment.

I believe there is a disclaimer somewhere...either in the "For sale" section or the "Site information" section that's says SH does not moderate or interfere with the transactions. As long as it's not an illegal item for sale.

This is correct. Although at times we can try and help. In the SH rules under the For Sale forum:
"Sniper's Hide does not check the validity of posts made in the For Sale Section, and bears no responsibly to ensure a smooth transaction. Users of the For Sale Section do so at their own risk. Any disputes or fraudulent transactions will result in one or both members being removed. Sniper's Hide also cooperates with any and all requests from Law Enforcement without hesitation to prosecute criminals attempting to use this board."
Also at the top of the For Sale section in the header it says:
"Sniper's Hide does not moderate this forum. Any disputes or fraudulent transactions may result in one or both members being removed. "
