Mark Gordon at SAC is pretty quick too. I've had three bolts done by him and have been very happy.

Also check Phoenix Custom Rifles, he's got a big presence here on the hide, and usually turns a knob around in 3-4 days last I checked.

Similar experience. I had 2 bolts back to me in 5 days.
