I tried them for my first SBR lower and they couldn't follow directions. They were sent copies of the invoice, Form1, and written instructions what text to put where. I ended up with a beautifully engraved receiver with the wrong city. They offered to cross it out and make it look like a third graders homework. Wouldn't trust them again.

Thanks for the referral. We do engrave firearms and we do support SH as an advertiser as well! (I guess our name should be orange colored but I never get around to IMing Frank). If you have an SBR or need a logo we have marked, etched, and deep engraved literally thousands for firearms for both individuals and manufacturers since 2007.

Doug, I remember you as well. I wish we had been able to follow your instructions. Out of all ~10,000 guns we have engraved we have never seen an city name on the invoice, a shipping box and Form 1 3b block with the one city name, and another (correct) city name in only the 4h block. It's still an error on us and I don't know of anyone that bats a .1000 but we go out of our way to ensure we are correct.. We have a procedure here that addresses your situation and you are error number 7 out of the above 10,000 guns so I believe we have about a 99.9993% success rate.

Honestly, I don't care how many you got right. I only care about the one I paid for, paid the tax on, waited for, paid to have engraved, have a vested interest in, and received not correct.
