Who makes good 357 Soccom upper these days?

Are 375 Soccom uppers available today or just barrels? I'm not currently a "gun plumber" so, buying tools and a raw barrel isn't super exciting. I'm looking for a bit more velocity than I can get with a 458 Soccom while still keeping good bullet weight and frontal area.

The last few times I checked, Tromix wasn't making complete URGs. Glad to see post-COVID they are doing them again.
