Who makes these dies?

I'm looking for FL resizing dies that use interchangeable bushings for the neck and no expander ball.
Who makes them?
Will I need a universal decapping die as well or do these dies have a decapping pin?

I recall seeing bushings available in both carbide and steel, but I'm not sure the carbide would be worth the extra expense since the cases need to be lubed for FL resizing anyway. Thoughts?

Several people make them. Redding, Whidden are examples. All of the bushings I've seen for these dies are steel. Some are coated for lubricity and hardness while some are not. Both work fine. They have a decapping pin and also have the choice of using the expander ball or screwing it off and screwing on an undersized plastic piece in its place so you can still use the decapping pin.

Hornady and I think RCBS also make bushing dies. Redding and Whidden use the same size bushings as Wilson. Thats a + with me. Lightman

I used Redding's FL bushing dies in the past but have switched to Whidden's die because I shoot a Wildcat (6 Dasher) and his die internals were based on the PT&G reamer used for my chambering.
I think John's dies are actually nicer than the Reddings as well as being cheaper. As Jelrod noted, the dies have a decapping stem and it can be used with or without the expander ball (most do NOT use the ball, you're using the bushing to set neck tension).

I prefer Reddings Ti-coated bushings over the steel ones, you can size using very little Imperial Wax with them.

Note: a universal decapping die is always nice to have - especially if you use SS media. This way you can decap before cleaning (clean primer pockets!) and then re-size nice, clean cases.
