Who's running the 6x47 Lapua Are You Happy ?

How is your 6x47 Lapua going ?

what kinds of loads are you using and what kinds of velocity's are you getting ? What are your build specs ?

I want a 6mm round that feeds from a aics mag but is not as brutal on barrels as the .243 And this round has caught my interest.

It's a great round and recently I purchased the reamer for it thinking my next BR rifle would be chambered with it. I also have a 6XC thats very close to the 6x47L. With the small primer pocket, the 47L may have a slight advantage in the way of pressure and velocity.

I'm on the fence right now concerning the 6x47L as I've been running the Dasher in my BR rifle with good success. For a Tactical Comp Style or 6mm Varmint Rifle, the 6XC or 6x47L would be hard to look away from if you wanted to mag feed it from an AI magazine.

It's a great cartridge.Absolutely no complaints!

I just got in my new Warner Tool Company custom die cut exactly to my chamber.I can't wait to try out some reloads from it.

I wonder if my brass will ever wear out??? It's extremely tough brass.

115's at 3100 fps.

Is your brass headstamped correct or do you guys just neck down 6.5*47 brass? Also how hard is this round on barrels seeing as it's less powerful than .243 it should be better?

6.5x47L necked down.

The last barrel was spent at 2400 rounds.
