I can't believe they are even wasting the time/money to adopt rifles that are basically identical to what we have now. I guess they just have the itch for something new even if it doesn't do anything our current rifles already do. I always thought the next rifle adopted would actually be a big step up like a rifle that fired caseless ammunition or the like.
