Will a JP lrp-07 adjustable gas block fit under a midwest rail

looking to change the factory hand guard off my lrp-07 to accommodate the longer bartlein barrel it currently wears. I have several Mi hand-guards on small frame rifles and would like to put a 15" on the large frame. I would like to keep the factory adjustable gas block so my question is will the small profile of the MI allow the gas block to fit.

I would say most likely yes. Question is will it line up with a place where you can adjust the gas without removing the Handguard.

adjusting isn't a huge concern once its tuned and i can do that without the longer rail on
