I have a trued LH 700 action and I'm wondering if the Remage is an option or if the threads on the shank need to be fit to my receiver. Thanks.

Typically a trued action has the threads opened up too much for a prefit. Only way to know is to test fit and see if it's acceptable.
'Trued' means far too many things for the Internet to give you a correct answer.
It didn't work for me on a ptg trued action, I couldn't get the barrel centered so the scope needed all its wind age to be able to zero.
It worked on a standard action that I had, but I see remages not very positive anymore, getting a good barrel fitted is not much more expensive

It's SAC trued 700 in .308. I thought about buying a TL3 so I could get pre fit barrels. But I would rather wait til it's time to re-barrel the 700 and use the Remage and save some $$ if possible.

If it was a full custom, then, as stated, no.
When he first started, he was offering an accuracy job, specifically for the SPS tacticals, he trued everything else up, but retained the factory barrel, so he only cleaned up the threads. If that is the case, then yes.
