It is only hurting me after about 15 rounds. It's not like I can't handle the recoil, just the repetition of shooting it. The main goal is not to have a sore shoulder when I get home after putting 30 rounds down range.
I didn't shoot great today because I went back to prone bipod shooting with no rear bag after shooting double bagged off the bench a lot, but I didn't feel like I was flinching - just some other poor mechanics - mostly my trigger control. My last group was one of my best though.
Muzzle breaks are very annoying. I think I would flinch more with a muzzle break because the concussion is worse than the recoil sometimes. If the gun truly needs one, so be it.
