I want to purchase a new barrel for my rifle and have decided on a .223, Wylde chamber ,1/8, 20", rifle gas . Wilson combat Super Sniper or the White Oak Predator. All the reviews seem that both are going to be good shooters and they are the same price. Any help one way or the other???

Small sample size but I have only owned one from both manufacturers.
The WC was a 16" mid gas fluted 6.8spc that was very accurate just didn't like to be pushed very hard so primarily just ran factory ammo for hunting.
The machine work and finish on the WC was excellent and the accuracy was more than adequate for a short handy brush gun for deer and hogs.
The WOA I still have is a 24" 1-8 223rem bull barrel and shoots extremely well with a variety of ammo and loads.
Surprisingly even with the Winchester White Box 45gr HP it will print diagonal elongated one hole groups.

I have one Wilson barrel, .30 cal & I have probably half a dozen WOA .223 wylde barrels on uppers, I have yet to be disappointed with WOA.
I had one Wilson Combat upper and it just could not group under 2inches at 100 yards. I have 3 WOA uppers that never group over 1”. No longer have the WC
My WOA shoots pretty well, definitely sub minute. No experience with WC but I would add Krieger to your list.
I think for a great barrel I would either go WOA or Craddock (long line Bartlien or immediate RTR)
Wilson makes great stuff but woa is very hard to beat for the money.
Love their 1911s (I have several) but the one upper turned me off on their AR stuff.
This may not apply to a .223 barrel, but at least on the .308 barrel it seems that rifle length gas system means something different to WC than it does to other barrel makers. If you do go with a WC barrel, you'll probably want to also buy your gas tube from them to ensure that it is the proper length.

I have 3 WOA barrels, all 18" SPR version, & all shoot very well, 10 shots right at MOA or slightly less, clean well & are not finicky.
I have 2 WC barrels, both 16", one is a lightweight @27 oz, the other is a very lightweight at 21 oz. Both shoot 5 shots easily into MOA & are far better than I expected, & especially for the price, which was $148 each on one of their sales.
Both brands have very nice machining & rifling & clean easily. The Wilson's, even though they are intermediate gas length, are slightly over-gassed & needed AGB's to optimize the gas & functioning.
The WOA's are Wylde, the WC's a 5.56, but that's neither a deal make nor a deal breaker to me.
Not exactly apples to apples because of the significant contour differences, so take it for what it's worth.
Considering what you are looking at, I'd buy the WOA fluted 18" all day, everyday over the Predator profile or the Wilson SS profile. I don't like guns that need cannon wheels to move them around.

My dad shoots a 6.5Grendel build with a 16”Wilson Combat barrel. Shoots just under moa 5rd groups with Hornady Black 123eldm bullets. Good enough for it’s intended use.

I'd go WOA over Wilson for a .223/5.56 barrel as well.
That being said, I have 1 WOA .223 barrel, and 3 WC barrels (2 Grendel, 1 .308). All of my Wilson barrels are MOA with multiple hunting bullets and sub-minute with match projos. I know that there have been a few horror stories about them, but I have no complaints.

Those white oak 20” pre ban service rifle barrels at $245 is gonna be hard to beat in a dollar vs performance aspect.
I would second the WOA "Service Rifle "upper with one of the Cut rifling barrels (Bartlien, Krieger, ect).
No experience with Wilson but I've had a couple White Oak barrels. They were both sub-minute with match ammo, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Another option to consider, and what I'm running now, are Rainier Arms Match barrels. I have a 16" and 18" and both are 1/2 to 3/4 minute barrels (see my recent post comparing AAC to IMI ammo for groups). I like that the Rainier barrels come bead blasted and there's no wait time unlike WOA, as long as they're in stock. They're also in that $260 price range, but I don't think they make them in 20". You'd have to step up to the "Ultramatch" barrel, which costs quite a bit more.
I was deciding between the same two and went with a WOA Service barrel.
after just a dozen rounds to break in it will consistently shoot 5 shot sub MOA with a variety of handloads.
Even 62gr Hornady FMJ's were printing sub MOA (Barely @ .92)
But match type projectiles were hitting .75 and below easily.

My WOA spr barrel was a turd. First 5 rds was about a 3/4" group. Then it just started to get bigger and bigger from there. After about 50 rds I sent the whe upper to them to find out what was wrong. The gas port was severely eroded at 50ds. I had barrels with 3-4K rds on them that were not wore like that one was. It grabbed patches and tore them as you pushed it through
They threw a fit because he would have to specially make a new one as it was a fluted SPR. Ten goes and tells me that these are normally a 7/8 MOA barrel. And he would not say what it shot when he test fired it and what was wrong with it. Major attitude. If it wasn't for that I would have had them spin me another one. So I got my money back. Went to a Criterion and have been happy since.

Example: I have 3 WC 300 hamr barrels in various lengths...the 18" was excellent, the 16" okay, acceptable, sometimes pretty good... the 11.5 " not as good, just OK to less than OK...maybe it was the pistol configuration.
