Wood stock 700p

The original Remington 700P had a wood stock. Can those stocks still be bought? Who made those? Pics!!

OR you could:
1. Check Remington's "Country Store" now an then they have 700 stocks for sale there at nice prices.
2. Watch the "classifieds" for a VLS stock.
3. Check out stockys stocks
4. Check boyds stocks

Yea, they look like this and were made by Remington

Here is a couple I reshaped, refinished and used on a 40-X 22RF on top and a 223 w/Border barrel on bottom.

Put up a WTB ad and see what you get, people prob have a few of there laying around but figure there not worth selling, worth a try.
