AND you should hop over to CopTalk and read how they see every one of these interactions as totally justified- and how they can’t understand why people not just thugs hate them now . But to be completely fair - there were looking for a white car and as soon as they saw a white car they fired an artillery piece at it and totaled it .
And it makes perfect sense that they didn’t offer the lady of 10 year old girl a ride afterwards. The temptation to beat the fuck out of them would have been to strong

For the record: I have nothing against cops that don't abuse Constitutional / civil Rights..........Its the jbt that I can't nor will I tolerate.

Just Monday, I had a run in with a Dixie possum cop. He didn't like the fact that I was ASKING the questions concerning him being on MY property riding around ,cutting up wet turnrows WITHOUT any probable cause. I made a few phone calls ,sent word up to his " motherfucking " supervisor ( his words not mine ).Not sure what, if any ass chewing took place ,but do plan to follow up on it.

Asshole took me telling him, his QI wouldn't protect him in what he was doing and that I'd press charges against him for trespassing and sue the shit out him in civil court ,as a "threat ". He then threatened to arrest me AND my " fucking dog " ( Whiskers) that goes everywhere with me. I LOLed in his face and doubledog dared that fucker. Needless to say ,he had better sense than to carry out his threat.

A little back ground : My Dad was a Fed possum cop ,he brought all his law enforcement training papers home when he passed the test.I read it all ,therefore knew Dixie possum cop was in the wrong. This isn't the first possum cop I've confronted doing the same fucking thing. Hint : when they realize that you know what you're talking about........well, I've only had to tell them once and have never seen them again.
Possum cop doesn't know how lucky he was that it wasn't my deceased Dad that caught him...........now, THAT would've been a real shitshow ,with possum cop coming out with the short end of the stick.

To top it all off.....he was out of HIS "District/County " lo tha fuck l

Reminds self: get a dashcam. A flip phone doesn't video record ,you dummy.

Yep record any and every interaction - your life lively hood and freedom depends on it .

The “body cam “ footage can and will be lost damaged or deleted - or they can just turn them off or decided not to wear them . Only one state - New Mexico has a law that the body worn cameras cannot be turned off , but if one does get turned off there is no penalty it’s an administrative issue that calls for training.

Yea a training issue - so after they get “retrained “ to not fire artillery at random vehicles and maybe just maybe to make sure the letters and numbers on the plates match the ones they are told to look for I’m sure they will be fine public servants.
No training can teach grown ups that after you mistakenly fire artillery at the wrong people that you should then get them medical attention and a ride home and make restitution to them for destroying their property.

Allegedly, One of the local departments doesnt even own the footage. The cam company logs it all and the department has to get it from them if needed.

I believe that was the original case from the late 1800's. It was reaffirmed in 89. Three women were kidnapped and raped by several burgulars. They called the police several times and the police knocked on the door and left when not answered. They were called a couple times after that and they just drove by. The women sued the city and PD.
