It depends on your intended use and optics.
If it's only going to be used for hunting at typical ranges of 350 yards or less with an optic geared towards hunting a 0moa would be fine.
If you plan on shooting longer ranges 600 yards and out with a purpose design scope get the 20moa so can take better advantage of the adjustment range and features of the optic.
