I have a set of Badger Ultra highs that measure base to saddle 1.5". I just bought them in July from another member before running into a SPUR for a good price. I bought them for $80 and I'd do $75 shipped if you could use them.

I have some accutac 30mm rings that are very nice with level in both rings. They are 1.39" high and are for sale- fyi
