Firearms WTB: Ruger RPR in 6.5, maybe 308

Anybody got a Ruger RPR that they would let go of? Looking for a 6.5 to shoot in some PRS matches. I'd do 308, if the price was right.

What generation are you looking for?

From what I've read, the difference between Gen 1 and 2 is minimal-a metal vs plastic hand-guard and hybrid brake for the Gen 2. Is there a Gen 3? Any functional changes?

I am not committed to any particular Generation, just looking for something to shoot PRS with that isnt too expensive, in case I don't dig it.

I’ve got a Gen 2 I’ll sell that I bought for the exact same reason you are looking. Now I’m hooked and bought a higher end rifle. It’s in 6 creedmoor though not 6.5. PM me if you want the details.

I'll go stare at my gen 2 6.5 and see if I'm ready to sell, had 100rds tops through it and a timmney2 stage in it.

I have a gen 2 with a Seekins Precision hand guard, Timmney 2 stage, and a Bartlein 8.5-7.5 gain twist 26” barrel made out of the 400MODBB material. Topped with a Leupold VX6 HD 4-24. Excellent groups. Some of the 100 yd 5 shot groups it has shot in the pictures. Haven’t been on here long enough to sell stuff. Not sure I want to let it go anyway but they are excellent rifles that run great and produce excellent results. You will enjoy it if you pick one up.

With good load development these are that accurate, rl17 and 140 berger hybrid was very accurate through mine as well

This is one of the first groups I fired from mine before putting it away as a safe queen. Once I bought a mpa this never gets shot, thus the reason for selling
