Damn it’s like Cheaper than Dirt pricing up in here after the Big Ban scare of 2012!
Seriously. And SiCo doesnt even support them so buyers are taking a huge risk that they don't have a paper weight. The guys selling them for 450 used to 650 with everything like new is about the market until last week. Then a frenzy of people all of a sudden want them on here. And sellers asking stupid prices.

Yea those have been on there for months. There was one that sold for 500 on there a few weeks ago. Didn't last more then a few hours.
No thanks on those prices. Robbery. Guess if you have to have it then it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay.
I'm waiting for someone to offer a replacement for the radius and watch the market on these things plummet. Then nobody will be buying them again just like the radius until the point that the market pushes them out of production again.
They were a great purchase when Brownells Clarenced them out, but for the life of me I can't understand people paying 3-5 times what the unit cost was originally... The normal use is always night hunting... So why don't people look at pulsar's thermals with rangefinders in them?... I mean if you are going to spend $1,325 for just a radius it seems like they could have just added that to the optic budget and got the lrf pulsar.....
What am I missing? If the prices on these things get any more ridiculous I'll be able to sell mine and buy a thermal with the range finder in it. People are spending half the price of a pulsar Apex lrf for just the lrf.... What's an I missing here?...

I do a little actually, but I'm still not understanding these things going for 1200-1500
I have a radius, and it made sense when the only options out didn't include a lrf, but now that the lrf units are being Incorporated into the optics I'm not following how it's still such a must have item. I'm trying to understand actually. I mean at the prices these things are going for I'm questioning why I'm not selling mine lol.
Until top tier thermals include RFs, the radius is the only game in town to use with a lwts/ir hunter/Utc/etc
Some of it must be exclusivity and shiny penny syndrome. Where were all these buyers when they were new and then when they we're $400? Now they're scarce and everyone wants one
I paid msrp when they first came out and bought a few of the cheap ones to dollar cost average my price down lol
