WTB Spuhr QDP 34mm Mount

I have a potential line on an ARC mount that I may pick up but I was really hoping to find a QPD Spuhr mount. The 4002 would be ideal, but the 4006 might work too. (It's for a 56mm objective)

A few offers sent to my inbox for QDP-4016's, but am going to run this on a bolt gun and need that extra 1.5" towards the eye piece.
