Just got back from a two week elk hunt in Flagstaff, everyone in camp was from Tucson and every one of them was ready to start shooting back. They all think it's coming and quick.

I make it a point to deport any and all illegals that I come across in Colorado. I'm an engineer, so when I go to a jobsite and the illegals start giving me static because their work is lousy, well, I contact the INS and they will investigate the company for whom they work.

Boarders are also people who are attempting to gain access to some type of transportation, with or without permission.
A friend of mine notes, "It's not the Mexican rocket scientists who are wading the Rio Grande." Since some portion of intelligence is without doubt heritable, probably not many of their kids are going to be rocket scientists, either.
However, people who have the gumption to set out on a dangerous and difficult journey in search of a better life get some respect from me irrespective of how high their IQ is.
I just wish more of them were complying with the immigration laws, and I wish there was better enforcement of those laws.
The first of my traceable ancestors came here in the mid-1600's, without having to comply with immigration regulations.

Law of War indeed dictates such action.
However, as long as the enemy still presents a threat, they are fair game according to the Law of War and most operational ROE. All rashness aside, most of the time circumstances are ambiguous and a wounded enemy will still present a threat especially when you are dealing with suicide fighters.

There are actually illegals who pay taxes anonymously through special programs. The fact that some of them actually feel bad and the fact that such programs have to exist is disturbing.
