I've been googling for the past 30minutes trying to find a machine shop offering different barrels-specifically a 16x1 LH threads, has anyone successfully found a shop that offers this service?

EFK makes a number of FNP45 barrels: FNP & Five Seven Pistol Barrels As for your desired thread and pitch..<strike>not sure</strike>. Just checked: 16 x 1 LH is an option...
