SOLD WTS Federal Gold Medal Match Large Rifle Primers *Free Shipping*

Well, so far nobody has posted here that they actually received theirs...
True. How about a roll call:

1. Those who ordered and received their primers.

2. Those who ordered but did not receive.

I am fully aware of the SNFUs associated with shipping and would like to give @brennon272 the opportunity to communicate the situation and provide course correction.

please provide an update.

I’m in camp 2. Did not receive mine. Got FedEx notice that they were returned to sender.

"They are all X-raying packages and looking for stuff that is illegal or controlled."

That should be a heads up for everyone using USPS flat rate boxes to ship ammo around.

Obviously I’m in camp number two...

Didn’t receive a message from FedEx indicating it was returned to sender; did receive a message indicating it was delivered to what appears to be the originator.

One order of 5000 primers

mine was shipped FedEx. I signed up for all delivery notices and updates. Received a “shipped“ notice Followed by an “exception” notice that the package was returned to sender.

@Tigerbikes nevermond, I just reread your message. Your point makes perfect sense.

Would be a pretty elaborate scam to actually go to fedex and mail something out only to have it returned so you could then keep people's money. Most scammers just take your money and cut communications.
I tend to agree with you Eric, why submit for all these shipping records and actually ship out, only to have them returned. I am willing to accept that the OP is new to hazmat shipping and maybe just did not have something quite right. Bummer that he's out of town, but hopefully all this will be rectified next week. Hoping for the best here...

He is still lurking..

Yeah, he DID reach out to me when I sent him a message. Originally, he did say he was trying to decide if he should ship them when the crap weather was hitting the central US or wait until he came back from his trip. Pretty understandable.

Looks like this guy is either really embarrassed or really crooked.
Or off working. Everyone may want to give the guy a chance. He's responded to a few in PMs, so it doesn't appear to be a scam.

Having travelled a lot for work in my early years, I understand getting to an unclassified, non-work machine can be tough at times. Let's not dogpile, unless there's a clear reason.

I hope everything works out for those involved. While it is understandable if he really is away for work, when you are talking about thousands of $$ from multiple people, I’d make sure I had my phone at my hip to fix any hiccups immediately. Not radio silence.

True, but some of us are not allowed to have cell phones where we work...

I don't truest Fedex anymore. I lost a trigger shipment from them last year. Just found out yesterday that my ammo shipment was just dropped at the door. The delivery man even did not do a knock or ring the bell. Another thing is if the address is business. They did put a notice for 2 more try. But now they just left at the door(high volume traffic).

All the carriers are ignoring "Signature Required" and just leaving packages due to this stupid COVID stuff. I work from home and we have a Ring so I can usually see when they stop by and go grab it, but I've got to think they've had numerous insurance claims due to porch pirates and more.

OP communicated with me via text yesterday which is how I knew the situation to begin with, when he said half got through (shipping) and half returned I was hoping to hear back from someone who actually received shipment just for a little more piece of mind, the fact that no one has indicated they've got their shipment gives me concern, but the fact he is communicating with me and others is reassuring. We just need to be patient and wait for him to get back home next week. He has apologized and is not sure why Fedex returned the packages, but has promised to get this sorted when he does get back next week.

I know I just received packages sent on 2/12 they FedEx, UPS, & USPS all said weather delay.

Hell I sent two letters out priority and they still have yet to be delivered.

Hello guys,

As requested, here is an update for everyone. For those that had primers returned to me, I have received them all back. I was on the phone with FedEx for 3 hours the other day to try and have someone give me some answers and of course no one could because they do not keep detailed records of ground shipments per FedEx CS. Unfortunately I am out of town until next week so I cannot ship them out again until I get back home. I had planned to ship the primers out earlier than last Friday, but the Winter storm that impacted Texas and much of the Midwest kept me from doing so for fear of things getting held up in transit. Shipping out earlier would have meant I could have corrected any issues in a more timely manner than what I can being out of town. I have spoke with many of you on the phone when you placed your order, so hopefully there’s no doubt as to me being a real person, etc. I have minimal feedback here but plenty on ARFCOM under the same name. I understand the frustration this causes, as it is causing myself a great deal to have to spend my limited amount of free time I get dealing with FedEx. Everyone who is frustrated has the right to be. For those that are being patient and more importantly understand the difficulties of shipping right now I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. I will not give the same excuses everyone else does about Covid etc. causing delays because it is not true. Rest assured EVERYONE will get exactly what they ordered and I will get them out ASAP when I return. For now, hang tight and thanks again for being patient. It is not ideal and I understand that. I am sorry but I legitimately did not see it coming. I will update everyone when I return as to the status and reshipment of everyone’s packages. Thanks.

So... I had a bunch of primers laying around for stuff that I no longer had or was reloading for...

I looked into shipping. I determined that sending loaded small arms munitions was one thing, but sending primers is a completely different issue.

UPS wants you to have commercial account to ship primers. Whereas in the case of load ammunition, you only need to mark the box.

I tend to think, at the moment, that it's something along those lines.

ALSO: They are all X-raying packages and looking for stuff that is illegal or controlled. So it's possible that 1/2 of them got through and the other half didn't...
I believe Brennon is/owns a commercial entity of some sort, has proper hazmat labels, etc.

I did speak to him on the phone a couple of times and I do think he's a straight shooter. I may be wrong, but I would be shocked if this was not all above board and we are just being held up by shipping company's incompetence.

He did reply to a text of mine yesterday that he was out of town...away from Villa Rica, GA....and would deal with checks and shipments when he got back.

Lousy time to be out of town....cause is seems like a lot of shit has hit the fan on shipping these primers and getting them to their buyers.

P.S. - Ooops...I now see his post right above. Never mind! haha

Don’t know the seller but I know FedEx is taking a LONG time to deliver stuff. These primers were shipped 15days ago via a shipment method that usually takes 3 days.
Shipping companies have been milking every issue that can for the past year. First COVID, then riots, still COVID, now cold, it sucks.

I continue to believe that we are fine and Brennon is out of town and just needs to get straight with FedEx upon his return

With that said, checking once again....if half were returned then half should be delivered, right?

So, has anyone gotten their products yet?

I shipped a box of brass from Indiana to Washington that took 6 weeks to get delivered. It was returned to local UPS hub twice as not having an actual address , not true, they trying to deliver to the wrong address. A bunch of dont give a shit Richard Caraniums doing deliveries. I feel for all of you.

Hey, the seller "has been travelling"...
Yes, but did he not say he would be back this week?

yes, I know....week is not over. LOL.

I like Brennon from the little we spoke, but he really should pop in here w an update even if it’s “I’ll be home on Fri and will need to work this then”.

Wow....from what i have read it seems like y'all have a slippery little pig on your hands. When I conduct business on here I ask for up to date label and pictures to verify. Also, an address from the seller. Usually you can check that out and see if it matches up with the info they sent when sending them money. I would be telling the bank to mark those checks as fraudulent. I would never conduct 5-10k worth of business then say oh sorry i am going out of town.

Why don't one of you buyers with a tracking number call FedEx Customer Service and get the scoop firsthand on why your package was returned to sender?

I don't buy this 3 hour discussion with FedEx with no explanation as to why they were returned because they don't keep records of ground shipments...... what a crock!

So, my check was sent to 9027 Knotty Pine Trail Villa Rica, GA 30180 which is a house in a nice community and valued around $350K.

Without digging too deep, it appears that people named Lindsey (as in Brennon's last name) do indeed live there.

I just hope he comes on today and gives us all a believable and satisfactory update.

I'm always one to give a person the benefit of the doubt, but the silence and lack of anyone confirming that they had received their primers is undermining my faith. I suggest we all take screenshots, bank records, etc. of our transactions and communications with Brennan. I am sure if several of us have been ripped off that this would constitute mail fraud. Did Brennan indicate when he'd be back? I think we need to establish a drop dead date in which we decide o contact his family, take legal action etc.
