Brand New Kelbly Panda F Class action. 20 moa rail. Never been mounted. Trigger hanger. Short action, 308 bolt face. Bought new in October 2019 waited for 3 months to be built. Comes with 3 mounting bolts. I can't find the box it came in. I'm firm on price.
