For sale is a Steyr Mannlicher Model M .270 with full stock. 20" barrel. Not fired much, never hunted with and spent most of its life in the southwest. Metal and wood are in beautiful condition and the trigger guard assembly is free of cracks. One lug on the rotary magazine (included) is cracked, but the other lug is enough to hold the magazine in place. The original brown rubber recoil pad is starting to harden but has not cracked or flaked. Replacement parts and magazines are available from Steyr. Bore is, of course, beautiful.
Principal evidence of firing are a couple of nicks in the stock below the receiver opening where ejected brass hit the stock on the way out (visible in third picture).
Trigger breaks extremely crisp at just over 3lbs; set trigger currently lowers it to 14oz.
Can include, or not include, the pictured Leupold M8 4x. The M8 is an early gloss model and in fantastic condition.
$1200- base rifle with sling swivels, magazine, scope mount
$1400- rifle with above and Leupold M8, rings.
Thanks
