We’ve slowly witnessed the Union markets shrink over time, with the non-legals taking up the easy stuff.

Been in the industry 30 years… I’ve seen the changes…..
I was a stonemason and I've seen the same. they come in and work cheaper than i can. Some do good work, some garbage, but they're cheap and quick. the Bolivians, on the other had, did some excellent work.
State jobs used to be 3 white buys standing around watching one black guy work. Now its two white guys, watchhing two black guys, watch a Hispanic guy work

if anyone has one of the OLD ZCO hats, (not the newer ones that are slightly different) id buy it. my dog "handed it to me" and messed my original one up which is honestly the only hat I like. I have a newer one but it's not the same.
