The Element doesn't have MLok slots. They look a lot like them but are a XLR cut.

That’s correct for the 1st gen Elements. The gen 2 elements have mlok forends.

Gen 1's have the drilled holes/slots on the sides/bottom and the Gen 2 has MLOK slots. The MLOK slots are smaller and square. Other than that they are the same.
