XLR Element - Priced to sell R700 SA

Looking to sell my XLR Element with an ARCA Swiss rail on the forend. Also has a picatinny side rail as well that can’t be seen in the pic. This is for a Rem 700 SA. $390 shipped.

Only trade is for a Tikka Stock/chassis.

Weight is 4lb 5oz but that is with the arca rail left on and a picatinny rail mounted on the side as well. So I’d say less than 4lbs pretty easily if you remove those.

From what I can find online, weight is 3.5lbs without the arca rail and picatinny side rail.
