Can someone elaborate on the differences between the original HDMR, DMR II and DMR II Pro? I grabbed an HDMR right out of the gate years ago and it has been a great scope to this day and I still love it. I have been considering picking up a DMR II Pro, but at these prices, I would like to know what the differences are.

Dmr2 has bushnells more basic glass with either a g3 or illuminated g3 reticle

H(ORUS) DMR is the same scope with horus reticle options

Dmr2 pro is totally different glass, bushnells ED prime . Which is their nicest glass and explains the price difference( same glass that is in the XRS2)

When it comes to scopes, the first thing I look for is ED or better glass. I am sure there is a noticeable difference in the Pro with the ED glass but is the difference with nearly 2x the price? My HDMR performs VERY well and easily competes with the newest Vortex's out there that are even a bit more expensive.

My Midway sale XRS II H59 got here yesterday just mounted it up on XTR Signature rings and boresighted...can't wait til Wednesday!
