Hey all, total rookie to the sight and I accept how little I know! Been hunting my whole life and carry a gun on my hip everyday at work, but just recently got into Long Range shooting, which I seriously enjoy. Hoping to get some great advice and information that's mostly troll free...

Don't worry about the trolls, they show up from time to time to provide us with a bit of group entertainment using them as a punching bag till their shift at the sock puppet factory is over & they leave.

What rifle are you running and where are you geographically speaking?

I have a Cadex 300 Win Mag in a Cadex Dual Strike that I have shot out to 1120 yards, but am currently trying to sell it. Just doesn't financially make sense for me right now. I also have a Howa 22-250 on a Bell and Carlson that I use to plink around and have fun with and recently purchased a Howa 1500 6.5 Creed that I will have in an MDT ESS stock. I'm in Central Illinois.
