Out shopping for a gun safe.. looked around and couldn't find my daughter. Low and behold, she had climbed into this gun safe for a rest:

I thought the point of a safe was to store VALUABLE items?

Jim,

What a beautiful daughter. I sure hope you got on her about getting in there. Looking at the thickness of that door, if it closed, nobody could here her screaming for help.

My little girl use to try and get into all of the safes whenever I was at a sporting goods store. I use to not pay much attention to it, until a store manager at Bass Pro told me a story about a child who got locked in a safe and wasn't found till hours later. They had to call an ambulance and have the child hospitilized, since the safe was almost air tight. So now, the mean old daddy won't let them near the safes.

Not trying to be a downer, just would rather not hear another sad story.

LOL, The safe was locked open and she's 23, and has enough wherewithal to NOT get locked in

LOL That's a good one! Had me fooled thought she was a pretty little girl. I guess I better rephrase that, she's a smokin hot chick then!

Just kidding with ya. Glad she was having fun at her old man's expense. Mine's only 7 now, so I just assumed she was younger as mine is. I got a little blond blue eyed thing as well to worry about one day and your day has come it would appear.

I definitely agree with Marc . . . .

Beautiful young lady you have there Jim. </div></div>

Jim,

All joking aside, from one dad to another, congrats to you as a father that you have a girl who at age 23 wants to hang out with you and have a good time. I've seen the shooting pics as well as some others, you're obviously a very good dad to her.

My daughter is 18 months, I can only hope that 22 years from now when I say that I'm going to the gun store that she'll jump off the couch and race me to the truck.

Oops, too late for my recommendation.

She does look very young in the pic.

I know she's 23, but you still might want to consider keeping her in there, given her good looks!
