I've already got my other four guns that i want but the one i'm missing is the American 180!!!!!! They make a variant that fits on an m-16 lower. Thats the one i want.

I know, I know. feel like a loser...

My problem is all I have to work with for mounting options are these. And the GAU-8/A Avenger will push me over the FAR 103 weight limit (254lbs) for the plane. And I really don't know if the suspension on the Toyota is up for it either.

I don't miss working on that big fucker. As a matter of fact, I remember pulling that specific GAU-8 apart and putting it back together in FTD.... Cross-training was a good choice.

In order:

1: .22 LR Long arm of some kind. Preferably short and handy.

2-5 are optional, really:

2: Small, concealable handgun (Glock 26/36/Xds/pps/SW J-frame(my choice))
3: High-powered rifle of some kind. (read: stereotypical deer rifle)
4: Shotgun of some kind. I prefer pump actions with shorter barrels.
5: Full bore revolver. 357, 41, 44, 45 etc.

My choices were made from the standpoint of having to remain self sufficient on a decent-sized parcel of land with an unknown duration to next resupply. Quite frankly, I've killed just about everything with a .22LR rendering the other 4 slots a luxury. A 40 grain solid is bad medicine inside 50 yards on anything with a vulnerable CNS.

I believe that you should have weapons that fire all the common and most available calibers. This way you can always find ammo.

ar-10 (That takes SR25 Mags), 20", 20-30x scope on top end, red dot, other goodies
50 BMG Bolt action, with a good scope
rem 11-87, 21" extended mag tube, loading gate,
40 cal pistol (Maybe 9mm), either sig 226 or cz-75

5 Calibers. Easy to resupply. Common domestic and military calibers that can be found anywhere and from anoccupying force. Only thing that would make it simpler is to switch the 40 cal pistols to 9nato to find ammo easier. But with most police forces in this country using a 40 its not like they are rare.

5 is tough because I'd like to have 3 different shotguns and 2 different pistols.
The first 3 have to be rifles as far as I'm concerned.....which limit my shotguns/pistols

a. AI AX PSR (simply because I can cover several calibers with one rifle....just swap barrel/bolts)
b. CZ 455 (for .22LR, .22MAG or .17HMR)
c. AR-15
d. Benelli SBEII 12ga
e. Tough call.....either a 1911 or a Springfield XD in .45

And obviously enough magazines and ammo to make me happy.
