I was looking at a Zeiss Victory Riflescope Diavari 6-24x56 this weekend and was really impressed with the optical clarity, and over all build of the scope. The turrets were crisp, the reticle was a mildot and both windage and elavation knobs had zero stops. While it was not as sturdy looking as a true tactical scope, is it sturdy enough for most range competitions and backpacking/hunting trips?

Re: Zeiss scope question

I've been using the 6-24x56 for about 3 years now and have been completely satisfied. You won't find better optics and I have had no problems with function. For low-light hunting applications, they are hard to top.

Plus, you can't beat the transferable lifetime warranty, and their customer relations are great.
