hi has anyone used the zeiss 6x24x56 diavari ??

in normal daylight looking through the scope is fine zooming in and out but when the light starts to fall im getting a haze on the bottom 1/4 even worse when im zooming up to 24 x it is fitted on a sako 22.250 sako rings and mounts it is starting to anoy me some what???

any advice would be much appreciated

Have you called Zeiss? You should not be having a problem like that with a $3000 scope. You should be all over customer service if you are having problems like that. One of the things that Zeiss charges a premium for is the glass and optical design. That particular scope is supposed to be very good in low light. If you are not getting the low light performance, you should find out from them why not. Don't be shy about letting them know.

Zeiss customer service is second to none. Quit your bitching and angry red face and send it in for repair. Shit happens.

Before you do though, make sure your lenses are clean.

I would have thought this to be the first course of action as well.
