Rifle Scopes Zero Stop adjustment on Bushnell XRS 4.5x30

Is there and easy way to adjust the Zero Stop on a Bushnell XRS 4.5x30 once you have set the stop and only want to change it several 0.1's of a Mil? Windage is no problem but elevation is much more complicated than it should be when I follow the enclosed instructions. I'm guessing there is an easier work around.

I know I revived a four year old post, but I need that video to help me adjust the zero stop on my old XRS.
