Home im renting

A year ago the garage wall outlet with GFI was constantly tripping after rain or sprinklers. Property management sent electrician to fix.

Determined the outside outlet in rear exterior wall was not sealed properly and tripping the garage GFI (yes the exterior outlets were on same circuit as 2 garage outlets. And additionally the shower light/fan assembly in master bathroom because it shares wall with garage.)

electrician said he rewired the garage outlet circuit to a different breaker.

But now a year later the GFI on the garage outlet (on same circuit as shower fan) has been occasionally tripped and today the 20 amp breaker has tripped and won’t reset.

Any idea what the “WP” refers to on the breaker box?

Also, the lawn has a Sprinkler system

Custom 22 creedmoor for sale asking $2500. Specs as follows.
Barreled action is a stiller predator action, 17” 1-7” twist BSF carbon wrapped barrel, warne 20 moa scope rail cerakoted sniper grey. Stock is a AG alpine hunter, 2 flush cups left, ag pic rail with flush cup, threaded holes for arca rail, carbon steel Camo. Hawkins hunter dbm bottom metal. Trigger tech diamond single stage trigger. Barreled action has 250 rounds down it. Stock and cerakote job are new. It’s sat in the safe since then so it looks like a brand new rifle. The stock has pillars installed but is not epoxy bedded. Does not include the scope or rings.

Couple of items up for grabs:

1. MARS-H SOPMOD Complete Lower - less than 30 rounds on this. LMT Trigger was replaced with Larue MBT-2S ~~$910~~ $880 Shipped

2. MARS-L Stripped Lower - probably 120 rounds on this. The mag release button was replaced with a button that allows the mag to be locked for ban states by inserting a screw. It functions as normal, it just has a small threaded spot for a screw. I have the factory mag release button that I will send with it. LMT Ambi mag release is missing. I know a dog has far superior senses than us in just about every way. But sometimes they can do things that I can't figure out. My dog (and I think this is common), knows when deer are walking through my yard even when indoors taking a dog nap with the windows closed and AC on.

It happened again just now. Dog was upstairs in a front bedroom napping, came running downstairs all wound up ready to fight and went straight to the back door. I walked over to let dog out expecting there was a chase about to happen and when I looked out, sure enough there was a big buck out back. How the heck does this dog always know when they are there? This happens a lot, day and night. It must be scent and it's so strong it wakes them up. Thoughts?

How about your dog? Do you have any of those "how did they know" experiences?

I have for sale a very nice Kahles 525i.

It has seen just a few range visits on a 223 trainer. I no longer have the trainer gun so this has been sitting on the sideline.

Optic is very clean. No dings or dents on the scope body. Illumination works; has a new battery but i will take it off for shipping, keep it separate in the box.

There are a couple of small imperfections in front of the scope i presented in the picture from normal use. All turrets work, line up perfect, and glass is perfect without marks or scratches.

It has the smkr reticle and is very clean.

I use signature required for both parties’ protection. If you want full insurance add $50.00

I do not have the original box it came in nor the sunshade. The tool for turrets is included.

Pre-2013 Sako TRG 22 in 308, it has roughly 900 rounds through the barrel; the brass from 680 rounds I have fired is also for sale.
Rifle with Sako bipod, triad tactical stock pack, three mags, extra spacer, 3D printed adjustable cheek piece, and TBAC SR brake $3,200 obo

Pre-2013 Sako TRG 42 in 338 LM; I bought this one in near mint condition except for a bit of corrosion in the chamber. I planned to re-barrel it with SPR; although, a smith might be able rechamber it and save the barrel.

EDIT3: Primarily looking to see if anyone has first hand experience with 7 SAUM feeding reliably in a Sako 85 with factory double stack long action mag / action at this point. Everything else is pretty much figured out.

See post #8 for feeding experience with 7RM as well.

EDIT4: Missed the obvious answer... oops. Thread resolved. Will post results later if people want to know.

Not building immediately, but trying to decide between a 7PRC and 7SAUM for a Sako 85 hunting rifle and would like feedback on 3 things:
Key question - 1. Will 7 SAUM run in a Sako 85 long action (with Sako long action mags, originally 7RM). Anyone with experience know if 7 SAUM runs / feeds reliably in these?

2. How much of a difference is there in velocity between the two (assume 24"/24.5" barrel for both)? Can't find a lot of mfg published 7 PRC data, but looking online it seems a 180gr bullet (180 just as an arbitrary example) will go about 2800-2900 in SAUM and 2900-3000 in PRC?
3. Is one significantly easier to reload for or run on vs the other (ex: accepts more powders, wider nodes, etc.) or easier to keep running in a rifle (ex: doesn't need to be cleaned every 50 rounds to prevent carbon ring, oddities with brass, etc.)

Edit: Forgot to mention, lack of factory ammo availability for both is not a concern (reloading). Already have 7SAUM brass / components / dies (i.e. intermittent 7 SAUM component availability will not be a problem). Do not have 7 PRC anything yet, so if it's all "close enough" and 7 SAUM will feed reliably in a Sako 85 LA, then I'm probably going to go SAUM just to save myself money on additional equipment.

Edit2:
Plan on using copper / solids in the 150 - 170 weight range.

I found these little metal pieces inside my bolt today (right side of picture). Any idea what they could be?

Also, the spring/bumper came off the extractor. I can put it back in but it seems looser than in other rifles.
