This was my hunting rifle until I decided to build a lighter one for hunting. Getting older and weight matters more now then it used to. This has been a GREAT rifle, absolute tack driver with 210 sierra matchkings and 77grains H1000. Currently it weighs 11 lbs with no optic. Since this was my hunting gun it didnt get shot much so the round count now is 287 rounds. The specs of the rifle are:

26" criterion varmint barrel with muzzlebrake
Timney trigger set at about 2.25 lbs
Manners T5A stock glass bedded
Remington 700 factory un-trued action
Leupold dual dovetail mounts (lapped)

I have decided to part this out after trying to sell it outright. Seems like there was much more interest in parting out. So here is the part out list.

The barreled action: $600 OBO
Action and bolt with custom bolt knob
Timney trigger
Leupold dual dovetail rings 30mm
Criterion barrel 26" varmint with criterion oversized ground recoil lug and trued barrel nut
3 port (angled ports) brake-I made it.

Manners T5 stock:$500 OBO
Stock- cheek piece was in-letted to be able to remove the bolt from the action
Glass and pillar bedded- Glass bedding was removed ahead of recoil lug to work with the barrel nut

Bought the sig whiskey 4 and it absolutely won't zero bore sight it and lucky to get on paper @100 has anyone else had this problem think maybe I should send it back?

Looking to pick up a factory .223 bolt gun to play around with inside of 1k yards. I can’t think of a situation where I would ever use it for competition, but would like to have one setup somewhat like a competition rifle more so than a hunting rifle. With that, what options are available? Are the new Remington SPS Varmint any good? I’d love to have a Tikka T3X Super Varmint but not sure I want one $1700 worth. What options do we have? What do you have? What would you recommend?

He drafted, co-sponsored, and championed legislation in the House to get the US out of the UN, shut down the Dept of Education/Commerce/Housing & Urban Development, signed Newt Gingrich’s Contract with America, and pushed for bans on abortion and transporting minors to get abortions.

He was easily elected and reelected 4 times in the House, but then.......something happened.

One of his interns was found dead in his office and they refused to release the autopsy report until pressure built.

Any guesses who he is? It’s going to blow you away when you see it if you don’t already know.

Hey all,
So I'm building up a Howa mini in .300BO. I plan to SBR it. I also have a mini action in .223 that's in a Brownells/MDT chassis with ACS buttstock and I really dig it. However since this is going to be a shorty, I was thinking something "foldy" would be better suited. As to chassis, I'm pretty much limited to an LSS or an Elf Owl. The JTAC is available with a picatinney interface for the stock. If I go MDT, would something like the A3 or KNS buffer to PC adaptor work? I was thinking an A3 offset 7" folder would be good. Thoughts? Any other good folder recommendations? I don't need/want something too bulky.

I don't have a benchrest gun and I'm not planning on getting one. I reload for a 300 PRC AXSR and it weighs about 20lbs with all things attached.
Should I even bother with bullet tipping and neck turning? Or I would need something like bench rest setup to see the difference in grouping? Assuming distance is 1000 - 1500 yards.

I'm having a Rem. 700 ADL short action rebarreled to 6.5 Creedmoor. I'm going to drop it into a MDT ACC Premier Chassis. This rifle will be used for 1000yd. benchrest and some prone shooting. No hunting or lugging through the woods.

This is where I need help.......My understanding is I will be able to use AICS type magazines. I have no experience with or knowledge on this type of magazine.

Who makes a good magazine I will not have trouble with?

Should I get metal or polymer?

Is there a magazine rounds capacity that works better than others?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I do know savage said they were going to build a model 25 varminter but I did call the And they said it never came to fruition.

USMC return McMillan M40A1 stock with original paint. Camo patter visible in spots under the paint. Comes with USMC trigger guard, and replacement bottom metal. The recoil pad is worn and there’s a small chip at the top of the forend, but for what it is this is in really good condition and an awesome stock.

Was planning a build for this but realized I really like the new Smear release and I’d rather build on it and release this for someone else.

hard to know really. soros PDs and DAs don't report a lot of crimes. don't know if this is arrests,convictions or just reported crimes. i think the latter.
