This is an interesting potential strategy....

Read down to the end of this... and note Alina Habba's statement that "The congress created federal courts, we can defund them."

So if you are a federal judge (or a circuit court) that is passing activist rulings, playing fast and loose with the law, then you could be either dissoved by Congress or de-funded in the budget.

Trial balloon? Serious strategy? This one Obama-appointed judge who suddenly is throwing sand in the vaseline of the will of the American People... might find himself de-funded or his court entirely dissolved!

Note, too, that the Congress is trying to go on an extended Easter Recess... without finishing up Trump appointments. This includes judicial appointments, which need to continue moving forward. More delay, obfuscate and drag out... while trying to act all "We love America."

Checks and balances come in many flavors! And while the Constitution creates a judiciary branch overseen by a Supreme Court, the makeup of that judiciary branch (and the funding of it) is the work of the other two branches! So Executive and Legislative... get your asses in gear and reform the judiciary that has been weaponized for the last 25+ years (arguably the last 60+ or even the last 90 years) against the Constitution, the other branches and the American people.

Tick Tock folks... don't have forever to solve this before the commies go full commie!

PS. Note that she also recognizes that "People are tired of investigations... they want arrests. We need to make arrests. Not just investigate with no consequences. " Yup. This. With no consequences, we have no judicial system. Just a big roadblock that lets some people get away with murder while targeting others for destruction. All in plain sight with no consequences. Time for that to end. At least someone in .Gov is now saying it out loud!

Its a SH patch. Latin for "A precipice in front, wolves behind."

How Relevant is the Nightforce NX8 4-32?

Lol. When I research (either writing in, or just reading) message boards, I turn off all emotions, or at least try to, and just try to absorb as much as possible. All people's answers even the wrong ones get added to a mental database for me to sift through. Even though they may be facts or opinions, it's still more data for me to consider. Everything helps in my opinion.
I also purposely come off less experienced than I am, in hopes of eliciting more conversation and more data. I dont know why I do it; maybe it's because I fear that people will withhold what they honestly feel? Not sure, but all opinions even the unpopular ones are always welcome. I'm an obsessive data collector and I love learning new things. If I didn't ever receive odd statements or opinions I feel I wouldnt be getting the whole picture.
There are quite a number of, shall we say super confident type A personalities on here, that have very 'opinionated opinions' lol, and I take all of them too. None of it bothers me. How they feel is how they feel, and they're entitled to it. For me, the more the better.

New 6mm Advanced Rifle Cartridge

Just picked up a 14.5 Noveske in 6 ARC. Intended purpose is 500-1000 yards plinking and deer, bobcat, and coyote hunting 100-300 yards. Given the two different use cases I am struggling to pick an optic. I have been running the Leupold 3.6-18 on my .308 and love it so I could always go back to that but the 5-25 Eotech and 2.5-20 NF NX8 are looking well priced and solid especially for the price with illumination. Any input or ideas on those would be appreciated.

I started with an 18" outfitted with a NF ATACR 4-16x42 and then I dropped down to a 14.5" with Razor 1-10x. That served me well for a season but I need more light gathering capability in the low light conditions I often hunt in so I just switched over to a Mk5 HD 3.6-18x. I haven't stretched it's legs out beyond 700 yet but I plan to take it to 1000 next range session. So far I am very pleased and it was certainly the right move for my intended use. I can tell you that the NX8 doesn't compare in any way to the Leupy.
