Yes just like any chassis or stock there are action screws that screw into the bottom of the action and hold it in the chassis. Below is a pic of my 591 in a Manners with mini chassis. I will see if I can find any pics of the mini chassis area of the stock but there are pics on Manners page.

I’ve shot 23.5 XBR, 24.3 varget, 26.2 staball match, 24.8 N540 behind the 80.5 and they all shot really really tight. I’ve loaded 2.525 down to 2.450in and also didn’t see much difference. I’ve settle for 2.495 because it fits the metal MDT AICS 223 without mods.

I currently reload bulk calibers (9mm, 45aarp, .223 and .308) on my Dillon 550. I am wading into the waters of 6GT and was curious if it is worth getting a single stage press to reload that on. If so, how does the RCBS Partner Press compare to the basic Hornady Lock and Load? My grandpa has the RCBS that he said I could have, but the Hornady can be found cheap and I like the idea of the quick swap bushings so I don't have to change stuff around every time.

I had mine on the my LMSS day/night spotter setup for quite a while and it is fantastic in that role. Add a micro red dot sight, long range IR illuminator/laser/green laser, and a forward rail for the PVS-27 and holy shit.
