I've been enamored with shooting subsonic suppressed lately. I've also been enjoying shooting with my 12 year old son and it's great if neither one of us is making a bunch of noise. I know it's early but what are your thoughts about the cartridge, do you think it's worth spending time and money getting a nice action/barrel, or would there not be enough benefit and is the cartridge more suited to a less expensive mass produced rifle?

I know the cartridge was designed for ar-15s, but I'm more interested in a bolt gun. I have a 6 arc bolt and having tons of fun with it.

Are people running the mandrel from SAC in their dies? If so what is the best way to determine size?

I currently only run custom Whidden bushing dies and no mandrel (I own mandrels for new brass) without any issues but since the SAC is one step I'm more open to the idea of running a mandrel but want to know what others are doing with their SAC dies in terms of mandrel vs no mandrel.

I have for sale a Bartlein 24” 6mm Creedmoor M24 profile barrel from Southern Precision Rifles (SPR) for an Accuracy International AT/AX rifle (M27 tenon). The barrel has a 1-7.5” twist with a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle. Color is Cerakote Black.

As pictured, the barrel is in like new condition, only 24 rounds fired (mounted and confirmed zero). This is a very nice barrel; I am just downsizing the calibers that I shoot. Bag not included.

While listening to my TV there was a show about snipers and their stories, then it switch's to some USMC armor's , and one o them was shown weighing and separating the bullets by + or - either 2 or 4 gn. differences. So, what do you consider an practical ES for LR shooting, F-TR, F class or PRS ?

I have a Manners TCS that came with the standard smooth rail and full set of weights. I really would like to have the Area 419 x Manners ARCA Lock Version though as a lot of my accessories have ARCA Lock Clamps from other rifles. I know not everyone loves the ARCA lock system, so figured I’d see if anyone wanted to trade.

I’d also be willing to sell it and order the Area 419 one from Manners.
