I'm thinning the herd some and moving on from some projects. So up for sale is a GAP Tempest action with a 16" Bartlein m24 contour barrel with 1:8 twist chambered by Red Beard Gunworks. Rifle has approximately 900 rounds on it, and the action is very smooth. Shoots factory 140 eldm well, and that's all that has been shot out of it. This rifle has been sitting in my safe for over a year and I need it gone.

Long shot here, but I’m looking to trade a like new with box and all factory manual/databook, etc legacy Knights SR-25 EC for a SR-25 ECR of the same vintage and condition. Possibly an SR-25 ER, or M110 clone.

JW who owns a Begara B-14 Carbon in 308 and what ammo is shooting the best. Looking for a hunting round particularly. I’ve tried fusion 150, 165. Hornady GMX 150. Hornady whitetail 150. With not the best results. Just curious what’s working for everyone else.

Just got back into reloading after being out of the game for about 5 years. All of my 6.5 / 308 data is using Federal GM Lg Rifle primers. I have 400 left and can't find them anywhere (except for a few scam websites) ... I know they were popular 'back in the day' (2018 haha) because they were cheaper than CCI and consistent. In 2024, what primer are you guys using that is available & comparable? I am not worried about price. I also have some CCI No. 200 primers... Just looking for consistent ignition and I'd rather not have to mess with / rediscover my load data. Thanks!

Looking at building a new hunting rifle in 6.5 PRC and am stuck between the tried and true Impact or venturing off onto the Wombat. Was wondering if anybody had much experience with the Wombat and could chime in on some pros and cons on these 2 actions and why I should choose one or the other.

Went to get some supplies for load testing and noticed right away the prices on powder and primers has made another big jump. Powder prices were increased by $10-$15 dollars a pound and primers were increased by $30 fricken bucks to $120.00 dollars for a box of a thousand.
I wonder how effective a "boycott" of some type would be.
They're straight up GOUGING the crap out of us.

Look forward to some thoughts, opinions, and ideas.

I bought the barrel from the Hide, I believe it only had MAYBE a couple hundred rounds tops and I only put about 10 rounds through it.

It was all put together by my gunsmith.
