I have a like new in box Zero Tolerance 0393 GLCF Glow Carbon Fiber. This has the working finish and the blade is a Hinderer Design. The blade steel is CPM 20CV. The carbon fiber scales glow in the dark when activated by light.

Anyone seen something like this and is it anything to worry about? I scrubbed the carbon from the chamber and extension in an AR10 to find some spider webs in the extension material. They are enough to catch a brass pick on. The gun has a 10oz heavy buffer and is shot suppressed with the gas turned down.

Pic is tough to get but did my best. The best example I could come up with for a description otherwise is if anyone has an older stainless knife and it gets the black spider web cracks in it. The cracks are all by the ejector opening.

This chassis was used one season. It is still in very good condition with the only marks I'm seeing are in the magwell and some on the sharp edge of the arca rail. These are both used and sold as such, function 100%, and appear in great condition cosmetically. They are both Samson Evolution 15". One was Colt branded, from the Competition series rifle, but rattle blasted when I acquired it. That one, along with 1-2" pic rail, were coated in Cerakote Blackout. The other is factory Samson with 1-4" pic rail. I only have the barrel bushings for 1, but they're available from Samson cheap(<$20) if you were to want both.

Used Sig 6K lrf binos. No issues. It was used in matches so it has signs of use. Never dropped however there looks to be a scratch on one of the lenses. See photos. Doesn’t affect clarity or performance. $675 shipped.

I have a Remington 700P in 308 that is a hammer but it has a rust problem. It sat a while until yesterday when the owner shot it and couldn’t extract the case. We didn’t really know why until we got the case out by driving it out with a brass dowel. Ran the bore scope down it and the chamber is pitted bad. (Bore is pristine) I have tried JB bore compound with kroil and it shined it up but didn’t help the pitting. I shot it and stuck another case. What are my options? I can use the abrasive JB, I can get a cylinder home, or I can try to get my hands on a reamer. I want to save this barrel and not scrap it.

Looking for some advice on a scope for my budget build. Really want to keep it under $500. Rifle is a Howa 1500 barreled action in .308 sitting in a MDT Oryx chassis with a Diligent Defense Enticer S can. Trying to keep this build at or less than $2K total. Purpose of the rifle is hunting deer, hogs and target shooting. Highly doubt I’ll be shooting it over 400 yards. I’d like an illuminated reticle and don’t need anything fancy. Just a good all around optic. My buddy has a new Arken EPL somewhere in his shop that will let me have cheap whenever he can find it but no telling when that will be. And advice would be much appreciated.

I’ve got two standard fill OG GameChanger, both waxed Canvas. One is Area419 version and the other is Oak.

These magazines are well tuned (no forward or rearward travel and the height is appropriate) — but occasionally (more than I’d like) I have an issue where the round gets above the tensioner/ extractor and gets jammed. It is not “rim lock”.

I can’t consistently reproduce the issue. I have 5 different mags including an L3i and it can happen with any of them in the mag well. This is happening on the bench using a bipod and rear bag, so zero pressure on the mag. I can push the bolt forward briskly and it can happen or I can push it forward gently (which I don’t really ever do) and it can happen.

I shot an email to VGW and am waiting on a reply (but it’s the holiday weekend) so I’m trying to troubleshoot the issue here while waiting.
