On March 21, 2024, Bryan Malinowski, gun owner and director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas, was surprised by ATF agents conducting a predawn paramilitary style raid on his house. During the raid, Malinowski was fatally shot. The reason for the raid was because the ATF "suspected that Malinowski had been selling firearms in business transactions without a federal firearms dealers' license".
A latest ongoing probe by US Congressman Jim Jordan has revealed even more damning and concerning details from the raid. Some of the facts uncovered:
1. ATF agents had staged for the raid weeks in advance at a local Walmart parking lot, without the knowing of the local sheriff's department.
2. ATF agents had made a dry run on the house prior to the raid and disabled the front door camera.
3. The raid had been scheduled for an earlier date but the ATF postponed it because "Malinowski was not home". This is clear cut proof that the ATF wanted a confrontation and a chance to kill Malinowski from the start. In simpler terms, this was a hit. A politically motivated assassination.
4. On the day of the fatal incident, NO body cameras were worn by any of the participating agents. Very convenient.

Sleazy Rep. Dan Goldman tries to victim-blame Bryan Malinowski's family:
This is not the first time the ATF has been engaged in acts like this. The Bryan Malinowski raid bears a lot of similarities to another paramilitary act by the ATF, the near-fatal raid of Kenyon Ballew on June 7, 1971. Kenyon Ballew, of Silver Spring, Maryland, was a gun show and outdoor sports vendors promoter and organizer and was very well known in the shooting community. He was also a conservative talk radio participant and was very vocal in his disdain for the Gun Control Act of 1968. On June 7, 1971, the Maryland regional ATF task force conducted a no-knock military style assault on Ballew's residence acting on a vague tip that Ballew "possessed grenades and military explosives". The agents involved were dressed in street clothes, carried no official identification, and were disguised as a band of home invasion robbers. Ballew, just having got out of his shower at 8:30PM, saw the assault breaching his front door and grabbed the nearest firearm he could access, a loaded hunting revolver hanging from a closet door. The third agent in the stack to enter and Ballew drew on each other at the same time and both fired almost simultaneously. Ballew's round missed, shattering a doorframe, and the agent's bullet struck Ballew's jaw and lodged behind his right ear close to the base of his skull. Kenyon Ballew survived his injury, though he had to endure long term neurological consequences as a result of the gunshot and his subsequent work in the gun show business was greatly affected.
Everybody needs to take a close look at the painting below:
See that man in the foreground behind the tree? That man could be any one of us. And no uniform is even needed now for us to be treated as an active enemy combatant. Nothing further needs to be said, except that the Gun Owners of America is about to have several scores of dollars more for their future endeavors. That is all we can do, for now.
