Trump to Remove Transgenders from Military on Day One

Mentally ill turds should never have been allowed in. Not only due to their mental illness, but the fact that many entered in order to have the taxpayers flip the bill for their surgeries.

“The ban is expected to be wider ranging than a similar order made during his first term in office, when Trump prevented transgender people joining the armed forces, but allowed those already serving to keep their jobs. President Biden rescinded the order, but this time even those with decades of service will be removed from their posts, according to several sources,”
There are believed to be about 15,000 active service personnel who are transgender. They would be medically discharged, which would determine that they were unfit to serve.

Private instruction near the DFW area?

I'd like to find someone who offers private training near (a couple hour drive or so) the DFW metroplex.

I've done some searches and came across classes, but not many mentions of 1-on-1 instruction. I contacted Justin at Fouled Bore and I'm sure he offers awesome training, but it's a little more than I want to spend at the moment. I'm also reaching out to Sean at Vapor Trail.

But I'd like to see if anyone had any other specific suggestions for instructors in my area. I'm not looking for anything advanced, just the basic fundamentals at this point. Getting my rifle and scope fitted to me, how to use a rear bag without fidgeting with it from shot to shot, and I've somehow developed a flinch since the last time I shot a rifle. I've had some serious spinal surgery this year, and I'm sure that has something to do with it from a mental standpoint. But generally, my fundamentals with a rifle suck, and I'd like to remedy the situation.

Thanks

Accessories Trade my C1 Max for your C1

Looking to trade my Badger C1 Max 1.54" 35mm for the standard C1 (cantilever) 1.54" 35mm with the same accessories. I have a bubble level, ARC, and diving board (the bubble levels are interchangeable).

Mine is black and is rattle canned. I don't care if the C1 is FDE or Black.

Not interested in selling at this time.

Arken EP-5 GenII 7-35x56 Review

Arken took their EP-5 5-25×56 scope and bumped up the power for those that require the 35x to really reach out. This new scope shares the same Japanese ED glass, turret, zero-stop, and reticle of the previous EP-5 models. The only thing it doesn’t have more of is eye-box. Arkens are somewhat known for an unforgiving eye box and this scope is more so, even at its lowest magnification.

The scope has Arken’s VPR Christmas tree reticle which is quite information rich without being too cluttered. The scope offers 6 levels of illumination with an off in between each setting. Only the very center cross is fully illuminated so the overall look is somewhat muted and only twilight bright.

The turrets are high profile with large easy to read numbers. The turrets are non-locking but have a cog and tooth style zero-stop which is very solid and repeatable. Arken is known for their loud, precise, and tactile adjustment clicks. These turrets did not disappoint in that regard.

This scope seems to be a good value in its tier. While there is now more competition in the Arken price-range (eg. Discovery and DNT), but you'll have to jump up quite a bit in price to get similar offerings from Athlon, Vortex, Leupold, etc. If you're an Arken fanboy this scope has everything you love in the EP-5, just more of it. If you think Arkens are overrated, this new scope won't change your mind.

Maven CS.2A

The Maven CS.2A 26-66x85 has the highest magnification and largest objective diameter among Mavens spotting scopes. The scope appears to be made or at least assembled in China unlike the Japanese S-series scopes. But don't let Sino-Snobbery bias you, the glass and build quality is a match to Maven's other premium optics. This scope uses ED glass like Mavens other C-series scopes. Color balance, sharpness, and brightness were on par with other quality scopes in the 1K-1.5K price tier.

Its only disappointment is it's lack of field-grade lens caps or backpack ready carrying case or skin. While many premium scope brands also eschew accessories, Maven took the time to produce a custom branded front lens cap; yet somehow didn't design it to have a simple lanyard loop to help keep an outdoorsman from losing it in the field.

Despite this nitpick, the CS.2A's body design is armored and ruggedized for harsher outdoor conditions. At 60oz, the CS.2A is impressively light for an 85mm spotter. This scope has the power, features, and style that a well heeled back-country hunters or birders can appreciate.

Amish Georgia Judge Accused of Assaulting Cop at Club Claims She Was ‘Set Up’

Screenshot Atlanta_Police on X

A Georgia judge is claiming that her arrest at an Atlanta-area nightclub was a “setup” after she was caught on police body camera striking an officer in an altercation where she says she was only trying to help a woman who was being attacked.
Douglas County Probate Judge Christina Peterson was arrested at the Red Martini Restaurant and Lounge in Buckhead shortly after 3:00 a.m. Thursday when police responded to a fight “between two separate parties,” the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
While Peterson was “not involved in the initial altercation,” according to the arresting officer, he said he was “approached and struck with a closed fist by the accused, Christina Peterson.”
“Ms. Peterson then forcibly pushed the officer in the chest and kept swiping his hands away as he attempted to assist the female being escorted out,” the Atlanta Police Department said in a press release.
“Ms. Peterson pushed the officer in the chest again and that is when she was subsequently placed into custody.”
The 38-year-old judge has since been charged with battery and felony obstruction, with body cam footage released by Atlanta Police Department (APD) showing her striking the cop and screaming “let her fucking go” as he attempts to break up the dispute.
As Peterson was arrested after putting her hands on the officer, she repeatedly refused to provide her name and appeared to make a veiled threat.
“The last person that ever tried me like this died 30 days later,” she could allegedly be heard saying in the video. “I pray for you.”
As the footage progressed to booking Peterson into jail, she remained combative and continued refusing to reveal her identity.
“This was a setup,” Peterson said in an Instagram post shortly after her release from custody. “Officer initially claimed he was charging me with disorderly conduct, all for trying to help a woman who was being attacked by men then took me to jail and I find out I’m being charged with a felony now.”
She went on to complain that she suffered from “bruises, black eye, swollen knee, and a felony charge” at the hands of the officer
“They will stop at nothing to tarnish my character. God help us! We need justice,” the judge added.
At a news conference Friday afternoon Peterson’s attorney said the charges against his client should be dropped and called on Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to review the case.
“As the investigation continues to unfold and more facts come to light, we believe that Judge Christina Peterson will be completely exonerated of these charges,” lawyer Marvin Arrington Jr. said. “At least two eyewitnesses have stated that Judge Christina Peterson only tried to help Ms. [Alexandria] Love, who was being brutally and viciously attacked by a man outside of the Red Martini nightclub.”
Alexandria Love backed up Peterson at the news conference, claiming the judge “didn’t mean to hit the officer. The officer swooped in and grabbed me up. He didn’t even care to see the big man that was actually brutally hitting me in my face. [Peterson] thought I was still being hurt and attacked,” Love explained.
“I think in the heat of the moment a lot of things happened and maybe the officers got confused,” Arrington stated.
Prior to this arrest, Peterson has been the subject of a judicial misconduct investigation in which she faces 30 charges for allegedly violating the Georgia Code of Judicial Conduct, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

The left- simplified

Trying to figure out the left as a whole can be a daunting experience for some. It's really very simple.
They play a different game. Their game doesn't include what is best for the Country. It's a numbers game to them . We want to win too, but won't throw the Country under the bus to do so.

They don't care. It's all about the numbers and they try to get as many on their side as they can, thinking once they have them all they have to do is attack the right. They certainly don't want to talk about anything they accomplished . They became over confident and tried to build up their future base by getting as many illegals here as they could . They didn't think it would have a negative impact because all the other stupid shit they did didn't hurt them previously.

Harris didn't talk about anything the left has done the past 4 years, but was making promises to try to get more people on their side. Enough people got tired of their game this time. Knowing them , they will get back to their game because that is all they got.
