Trimming Magazine Lips

Putting the finishing touches on my build. Only issue I’m having is that the magazine lips extend too far up and prevent the bolt from closing. If I release the magazine and hold it just a bit lower, I can cycle rounds through without any issues.

How do folks go about trimming magazine lips? Just flip it upside down on a piece of sandpaper and scrub ‘till it fits?

Another church massacre twarted this moring by armed parishiners in Burnet, TX.

This is just blocks from where I eat breakfast sometimes.

Two 'dark skinned males, one wearing a Muslim turbine' tried to block a church exit with a rock. Armed church goers weren't having it. Shots were fired and one 'dark skinned male' exited a white van brandishing an AR15 before fleeing north.

Austin's news channel also covered it but of course left out the description of the two terrorists.

Superior shooting systems loaded ammo problems

Hey everyone, was curious if anyone has had the same problems I've had with superior shooting systems 6xc loaded ammo. It is the coated 115 dtac bullet with nose ring. Just finished my custom 6xc Kelblys atlas tactical with a kreiger 1-7.5 twist barrel finished at 22". I ordered 100 rounds of this ammo just to get some rounds through it and have fire formed brass. First round was VERY over pressure. It had gas leakage around the primer and part of it was deformed. I reluctantly chambered and fired another round, and although no primer leakage, still over pressure, with heavy bolt lift. Ive fired several more and some are heavy bolt lift, some are fine. Avg velocity was 2920 fps with a sd of 20, and groups are no better than 1.5 inches at 100 yards, maybe my rifle just hates this ammo, but for how he markets this stuff id expect it to at least be somewhat consistent and safe.

Accessories M24 triggers for sale

I’ve got 6 Remington M24 triggers that I am selling. These triggers are out of my personal collection and were going to be used on a few clone rifles I was thinking about doing. Plans change so I’ll offer them up. I will sell these for $550.00 each, shipped to your door. Don’t bust my balls on the price either, I know how rare/hard to find these are.

USPS money order, certified check, or personal check only. I DO NOT accept credit cards or electronic payment.

Shipping it to the lower 48 only….. no exceptions.

Suppressors Suppressor adapter (removal) and cleaning

I need to clean a few TBAC suppressors, and I run the Area419 suppressor mounts inside the cans. CLR seems to be very good with removing carbon, but it is not good for these nitrided steel mounts. Just curious how many of you remove adapter before cleaning, and how much effort should it take? I'll typically heat up things I blue loctite and they come off no problem, but I'm not sure how much carbon I may be fighting, or did the mount mostly protect the threads from this? Not sure. I bought the Primal Rights stand and spout as it looked like a good way to set up for proper cleaning. Advice appreciated.
