SOLD GAP Crusader with 3 barrels

GA precision crusader with 3 barrels (.260, 6.5 creedmoor and 6.5 SAUM)and 2 bolts (mag and standard). It is a Templar action. McMillan A5 stock (GAP camo) with added adjustable cheek piece with KMW hardware. The rifle is used, (1500 rounds on the .260, 550 on the saum, 500 on the creedmoor). Only wear that I've seen is a little bit on the bolt which is to be expected and some of the fatter portion of two of the barrels where a barrel vice would clamp down on them to swap barrels, purely cosmetic though.
I took this on a trade from here not long ago, haven't shot it so I can't attest to accuracy though I can't imagine that it would shoot anything but excellent with it being a GAP.
This was the original listing: https://www.snipershide.com/shooting/threads/ga-precision-crusader-for-trade-only.7245046/

Asking $3000 shipped to your dealer, feel free to ask any questions you may have. Only selling it because I'm not setup to reload any of these 3 calibers anymore and don't feel to need to do so really.

Strasser RS 700: straight pull Remage-style barrel nut that uses R700 accessories (stocks, triggers)

So I was on a thread about a different Strasser rifle. Curious, I wandered over to Strasser’s website to check it out and instead chanced upon the Strasser RS 700.

Now get this: It’s a straight-pull that’s designed with the Rem 700 footprint with a Remage-style barrel nut. Plus it works with Rem 700 stocks and triggers! AICS mags. Pretty cool. Expensive.

Edit: noticed it takes R700 barrels too! They need a “small rework” due to the Starasser “fat bolt,” as they put it.

What do you guys think? I’m not in the market but it’s an interesting idea.

B14R Heavy

I'm tired of fighting my gear. I have a CZ 455 with the factory American barrel which I had cut to 16.5". It's fine for hunting, but the balance point is unacceptable for PRS.

I'm thinking about getting the B14R Heavy, but I'm skeptical it's going to balance without external weights.

The other option would be to find a heavy prefit for the 455 (leaning towards Lilja or L3i) and if I like the setup then I'll get the cheapest 457 I can find, then build a competition rig off that action.

Lastly, the nuclear option, is just go Vudoo or RimX. I'm hesitant because I don't want to chase feeding issues and magazine prices are stupid.

Help with Impact 787r questions

Looking for some knowledgeable impact people. Was eye balling the 7prc proof prefit barrels on Brownells.com for $350 shipped and trying to find out what the scoop is on the 787R.

From what I can tell it has separate threads and uses a .750 bolt diameter.

Looking at the Impact website it refers to the 787r/787nbk.

Is the long action NBK the 787?

Or is the 787 a version of the nbk?

Is there anything wrong with the 787r for a hunting rifle?

Suppressors Abel Theorem, Theorem-S, Abel Biscuit, or TBAC Magnus K

I’m about to give up on getting a TBAC Magnus K RR, can’t find one anywhere. So, leaning towards an Abel Theorem or Theorem-S, possibly the Abel Biscuit. Looking for recommendations on the Theorem vs. Theorem S. Is it worth it to wait for the TBAC?

Suppressor will go on my MPA Matrix Pro, 6.6cm. I shoot mostly recreationally but will be shooting some PRS also.

Hog hunting rifle choice

I may have posted in the wrong forum the first time…

Looking to do some hog hunting in for a day May/June at the Clinton House Plantation in SC. I am trying to decide which rifle to take or should I take both. I am planning to take an AR (mk12 clone 1:8 twist) to hunt with. Property allows 223/556. I'm reading hit or miss on the 556. Should I leave the AR and take a 3006, take both ect? I am assuming shots would be within 300 yards but need to call the outfitters to confirm.

If I go 556:
65 grain Sierra Game Kings
or
70 grain Hornady CX
or
Barnes TSX triple Shock 70 grains

Take the 3006
150 grain Hornady SST
or
165 Grain SBT Game Kings
or
180 grain Sierra Game King Game Changers

Burris XTR PRO DI Precision Windage Dials ?

Hello all !
Question regarding the windage turret on the Burris XTR PRO 5.5-30x56 as Im confused about a couple of things.
I have the “red” version with a capped windage dial. Just yesterday, I noticed a buddy of mine has the black version and it has an exposed windage dial, very similar to the elevation dial.
I asked where he got it but he stated it came that way. I compared the two and the labeling is exactly the same so seems like the exact same models.
My question for any one who would know would be….. I researched and found the DI Precision replacement windage caps. Will they work on a scope with the capped windage dials? Do they just replace the existing one?
THANKS !
